Due: Thursday, March 14 during class
- Write lyrics for your own tune.
- It should have an A section and a B section.
- The A section is the VERSE. The lyrics will change each time, but
will be somehow related.
- The B section is the CHORUS. You should be able to repeat it after
every verse.
- Write a rhythm to go with your lyrics.
- The rhythm should be in 4/4.
- Each section of A and each section of B
should be 8 measures long.
- You may need to modify your lyrics to fit the
rhythms.
- Transfer your rhythms and lyrics into FINALE
NOTEPAD.
- Enter your rhythm on a single note (middle
line).
- Be sure to separate the syllables
correctly. Two syllables=Two
notes.
- Five points extra credit if you can add TWO lines of verse (A) using the lyric tool.
