The CMEA Western Region audition date is Saturday, November 19 at Brien McMahon High School in Norwalk, Connecticut. Please complete the Western Regional Registration Form for the audition. An application check of $20 (made out to DHS Music in an envelope with your name and WRHS audition printed on the front) must accompany the completed form to Ms. Minnis no later than Monday October 11.
Applications accepted after this date will be $50 and audition times are scheduled on a first-come, first served basis by CMEA.
You may also choose to participate in the auditions "for comments only."
Upon successful audition, a student must commit attendance at the Western Regional Festival on January 13 and 14, 2017 at Staples High School in Westport. Participation the regional festival is a pre-requisite for All-State audition and participation.
