Garage Band Holiday Music Project

1. Choose a favorite holiday tune. You can find melodies online by searching “holiday music sheet music free” online.
2. In Garage Band, record yourself playing this tune on your primary string instrument.
3. Add appropriate percussion and additional instruments.

Freshmen: Complete the first three steps, save, export to iTunes and burn to a CD

Sophomores: Complete the first three steps, then ask another musician to add a harmony line to your recording of the tune. When you have completed this, save, export to iTunes and then burn to a CD

Juniors: Complete the first three steps, then ask 2 other musicians to add harmony lines to your recording of the tune. When you have completed this, save, export to iTunes and then burn to a CD

Seniors: Complete the first three steps, then ask 3 other musicians to add harmony lines to your recording on the tune. When you have completed this, save, export to iTunes and then burn to a CD
